Payment Policy

• 30% down payment – at the same time as the reservation.
• 70% payment – 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellation of the reservation 12 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount is refunded.
• For cancellation of a reservation less than 12 days before the date of arrival, the customer is charged 100% of his stay.
• The deposit is non-refundable.

House Rules

• Guests can check in from 16:00.
• Guests are requested to check out by 10:00.
• Payment of 700 euros as a security deposit upon arrival. The amount, as long as no damage has occurred, is fully refunded upon departure.
• Energy costs are included in the cost of the villa.
• Linen and towels are included in the villa rental and are changed every 4 days.
• Professional daily cleaning is included in the price of the villa.
• Wi-Fi Internet is available in all areas.
• Pets are allowed, prior communication required.
• Possibility of providing breakfast at a cost of 10 euros per person per night, prior communication is required. Breakfast is not included in the cost of the accommodation package.
• Possibility of transportation to and from the airport, prior communication is required. Request a quote by email.
• The exterior area is videotaped for security reasons when there are no tenants in the villa.
• The prices of the packages correspond to 7 nights.
